How much does a custom bag cost?
The price depends on the design, materials, size, and details you choose, so there is no fixed price list for custom orders. Once we've reviewed your reference, we'll send you a quotation for your approval.
How long does production take?
Production time varies with the design and the availability of materials. We'll share an estimated timeline with your quotation, before you decide to go ahead.
Can you make any design I send?
Not every design can be reproduced exactly. We review each reference with our manufacturing partner and let you know what's possible — which may be a similar style, or alternative materials or details.
How does payment work for custom orders?
Customized orders require full advance payment of the approved amount before production begins. We'll confirm the payment method with you on WhatsApp after you approve your design and quotation.
Can I order a customized bag with Cash on Delivery?
No. Cash on Delivery isn't available for customized orders — they require full advance payment.
When does production begin?
Production begins after you've approved the final design and quotation and your full payment has been verified.
Can I cancel after paying?
We'll explain the cancellation terms for your order clearly before you pay, so you know exactly where you stand. Because each bag is made to your approved requirements, what's possible depends on how far your order has progressed. This doesn't affect any rights you have under applicable law.
What if ZARVA can't fulfil my confirmed order?
If we're unable to complete your confirmed order — for example, if a material becomes unavailable — we'll contact you to arrange an appropriate refund or another resolution.
Can I make changes after production begins?
Please review and confirm every detail before you approve your order. Once production has started, changes may not be possible — if you need to change something, contact us as soon as you can and we'll let you know what can be done.
What should I send with my request?
A clear photo or screenshot of the bag you like — from more than one angle if you have them — plus any notes on the colour, size, or details you'd like.
